Big change for Caledonia Worldwide
Some of you will remember that we recently celebrated the 20th anniversary of Caledonia Worldwide in Cuba with a big party in Edinburgh. Many thanks to everyone who participated in the event, whether on or off the stage. We all had a fantastic night and here’s the official video with highlights from the evening:
We have been thinking hard about the next 20 years and how to continue developing as am independent specialist travel company. Language trips were the reason Caledonia started way back in 1996, but the market has changed considerably since then. Playing to our strengths, we have decided that our main focus for the years ahead will be Cuba. This will be no surprise to the many people who have travelled with us over the last 20 years, as Cuba is where we have steadily built a reputation for carefully planned, well organised and unforgettable holidays. It is also a country which makes our hearts soar with joy and fills our souls with inspiration and wonder, and we love to share that experience with other people.
Our ever popular tailormade cultural/hiking itineraries, group dance holidays and music trips, and Spanish language courses, and special events in Cuba are where we will concentrate for the foreseeable future
